Welcome Philip Swanson!

We are happy to announce that Philip Swanson is an Associated Partner in Vista Analyse. He has over 25 years’ experience conducting economic and policy analysis in the energy and environment sectors. Expertise includes programme management, monitoring and evaluation; policy analysis; economic, environmental and social impacts; expenditure analysis; and transparency of natural resource-related revenues. Philip served as desk officer for Sub-Saharan Africa and ex-Soviet countries at the International Energy Agency (IEA), managed several energy programmes for the United Nations Environment Programme, and was a Partner in Oslo-based ECON Analyse. His work has been published by the OECD and World Bank, among others. Philip will provide Vista Analyse with important expertise and we look forward to working with him.
