Strengthening the environmental dimension in planning in China

Oslo, 11.09.2014. Vista Analysis, CICERO and Chinese Academy of Environmental Planning has developed training material to encourage the increased use of Strategic Environmental Assessment and Cost Benefit Analysis in planning in China. The material consists of a report with two fictitious case studies, questions and answers, as well as a workshop guide. The material can be used for training in China and in other emerging economies. The report is part of a 3-year Sino-Norwegian cooperation project.
