New Podcast about the Green Transition in Tourism in Vestland

Vista Analyse contributes with expertise in a new podcast about the green transition in tourism in Vestland, hosted by the Norwegian Polytechnic Association. The podcast addresses key challenges related to the green transition, including sustainability issues and conflicts between nature and industry. Additionally, the podcast discusses parallel trends in tourism competitiveness and technological advancements.

Partner Rasmus Bøgh Holmen represents Vista Analyse in the podcast and leads the economics network in the Norwegian Polytechnic Association. Anja Valstad Magnussen, podcast editor at the Norwegian Polytechnic Association, serves as the host of the podcast, while Researcher II Endre Kildal Iversen from Social and Economic Research also contributes as an expert.

The podcast is part of the podcast series "Market intersection" about economic topics, which falls under the Polytechnic Society's podcast umbrella "Polypod". It builds upon a research project on the same topic, conducted by Institute for Research in Economics and Business Administration, the Institute of Transport Economics, and Vista Analyse. Fjord Norway, the Confederation of Norwegian Enterprise (NHO) in Vestland, the Norwegian Nature Center in Hardanger, Up Norway, and Vestland County Municipality participated as stakeholder partners in this project.
