Stine Mari holds a master’s degree in Economics and Administration from the Norwegian School of Economics and Business Administration and Cornell University, with a specialization in economics and industrial organization. Stine Mari joined Vista Analyse from the Norwegian Ministry of Finance in 2020, where she was responsible for budget work with the Ministry of Transport, the Ministry of Culture and the Ministry of Health Services. The work consisted of assessing the economic and social consequences of proposals from the ministries as a basis for recommendations to the political leadership in the Ministry of Finance. Furthermore, she has experience as an asset manager in the ownership department in the Ministry of Trade, Industry and Fisheries and from the Norwegian Competition Authority.
In Vista Analyse, Stine Mari has been involved in many different projects, especially in cost benefit analyses and evaluations. Stine Mari is well trained in conducting economic analysis that satisfies the requirements that follow from public approval processes, as well as the preparation of business economic analysis. She has experience with data collection from interviews, document analysis and surveys.
