Transport and communication

Vista has extensive experience from analyses of the transport and communication sectors. We work in the areas of methodology development, analysis and quality assurance of individual projects and processes. Our most important areas of competence include:
 

• Cost benefit analysis and other society level economic analysis
• Market analysis and traffic modelling
• Business analysis and development
• Strategy development and design of policy instruments
• Public procurement of transport services and public procurement processes
• Public administration, organisation and management
   

Vista Analyse has developed models for analysis of infratrukture projects’ impacts on transport markets and societal cost and benefits. For the time being we have framework agreements for economic analyses with The Norwegian National Rail Administration and the Norwegian Coastal Administration. As part of our framework agreement with the Norwegian Ministry of Finance on quality assurance of large public investments, we perform quality assurance of investments in transport infrastructure.
